Taken on the street in Pushkar during the Pushkar Fair. From my observation, these blue kids were controlled by adults to beg on the street. The adults were just sitting a few meters away and were involved in an argument with a shop owner when they were complained of, I think, blocking the traffic! I hope they normally get proper shelter, food and education. I gave them 20 rupees each after the shoot (although I don't normally pay my subjects)
